All three starting flights are now completed in the partypoker World Poker Tour National UK Milton Keynes Main Event after Flight 3 took place at The Casino MK on Friday night. By the time the registration desk closed at the end of the fourth level there were 84 entries, of which 42 made it through to Saturday’s Day 2.
Four players managed to turn their 20,000 starting stacks into six-figures scores, although it was Gary Miller who accumulated the most during Flight 3, ending the night with an impressive stack of 118,700 chips.
Joining Miller in the 100,000 club were Robert Barry (105,200), Jay Villegas (103,400) and Nicholas Humphis (100,500). Villegas has played all three flights after qualifying for the first flight at partypoker and it has stood him in good stead because he starts Day 2 with a combined stack of 158,200 and leads the tournament overall.
Also through to Day 2 with chips from the third and final flight were the partypoker patch wearing Renata Jack (52,000), Andrew Brisland (53,200), Ben Spraggons (27,600), and freeroll winner Andreas Kallis (25,600).
